Job Description
The Monett R-1 School District is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a prek 4 year old class paraprofessional for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will be located at Monett Early Childhood Center. This position will require flexibility to assist or lead classroom needs on a daily basis. Qualified candidates will have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different assignments, grade levels, and needs throughout the school day. Knowledge of early childhood development will be essential for this position.
