Role Description The Program Assistant Act Tay is a full-time, on-site role based in Rolla, MO. This position supports program operations by handling daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate records. The Program Assistant coordinates communication between staff, participants, and external partners, ensuring timely responses and clear information flow. Responsibilities may include assisting with program materials, preparing reports, supporting meeting logistics, and helping track program activities and outcomes. The role works closely with program managers and team members to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in alignment with organizational standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities to interact effectively with staff, participants, and community partners. Candidates should possess program management and organizational skills to support planning, coordination, and tracking of program activities. Candidates should possess administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, recordkeeping, and proficiency with office software tools. Candidates should possess research and information-gathering skills to support report preparation and program improvement efforts. Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in human services, healthcare, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working in an on-site setting in Rolla, MO and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or community services is beneficial.
