2026-2027 Substitute Teachers and Substitute Paraprofessionals for West Plains R-VII School District! Penmac Education Staffing is seeking passionate and dedicated Substitute Teachers and Substitute Paraprofessionals to serve in the West Plains R-VII School District 2026-2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to support local students, enjoy a flexible work schedule, and earn competitive pay—all while making a meaningful impact.- $120 per full day
- $125 per day for retired West Plains R-VII teachers
What You'll Do:
- Deliver lessons based on plans provided by the regular teacher
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Adapt teaching methods to meet student needs
- Supervise students in classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and cafeterias
- Assign classwork and homework as needed
- For long-term roles: create lesson plans aligned with curriculum ✅
What You'll Need:
- 36 college credit hours (any subject) OR completion of a DESE-approved online training program
- A valid Missouri Teaching License or Substitute Certificate
- Fingerprint background check (contact Penmac before completing)
- Pre-employment drug screen -THC is not permitted
