What you bring:

Experience as a paraprofessional, preferably in a school setting Proven background in athletics, training, or coaching high school students Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to assist in both instructional and support capacities Keen attention to safety and a proactive approach to injury prevention and care Commitment to upholding school policies and encouraging sportsmanship Adaptability for managing the ebb and flow of athletic seasons What youll do: Support student-athletes during practices and events, providing basic athletic training services Collaborate closely with coaches and school staff to ensure a safe and inclusive athletic program Assist in preparing equipment and facilities for practices, games, and tournaments Monitor and address injuries, documenting incidents as required Motivate students to achieve both personal and team goals, modeling dedication and integrity Communicate clearly with students, parents, and faculty regarding progress and needs Contribute to a positive and energetic athletic culture within the school Discover a rewarding opportunity where your support helps students thrive both on and off the field.
