Purpose-Driven Work:

Every day, you'll help children discover confidence, curiosity, and joy. What You'll Do As an Early Childhood Assistant Teacher, you will: Partner with your Lead Teacher to create engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences. Provide nurturing supervision and child guidance using approved Sunshine techniques. Support transitions, routines, and classroom organization. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and licensing standards. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and your team. Model professionalism and teamwork in every interaction. Qualifications At least 18 years old Current or eligible for ECP Practitioner Registry Level 1 Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain) Physically able to lift 45 lbs and move easily through classroom activities Strong communication and collaboration skills A love for children and a desire to grow in the field of early education Why You'll Love Working Here Because you deserve a workplace that shines as bright as you do.
