Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team who is 18+ years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves working with children in various developmental stages, implementing engaging lesson plans, and promoting positive social interactions among students. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster literacy education through reading activities, phonics, and storytelling. Incorporate math concepts into daily activities to enhance children's understanding of numbers and problem-solving. Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good conduct. Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or autism. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress in various developmental areas and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home and address any concerns regarding their development. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes exploration and discovery. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or private school setting. Strong skills in lesson planning, curriculum development, and classroom management. Experience working with children who have special needs or behavioral challenges is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. A solid understanding of childhood development principles and practices.
