Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring safety and engagement at all times. Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Maintain open communication with staff, parents, and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Ensure all safety protocols are followed diligently, including first aid procedures when necessary. Help set up and clean activity spaces, ensuring equipment is safe and organized for daily use. Skills Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp, tutoring, or babysitting. Familiarity with first aid procedures and child safety protocols. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, children, and families. Passion for working with children and fostering their growth through engaging activities such as sports coaching or theater arts.
