DESCRIPTION
Responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities meet their goals. Provide adaptive skills training, positive integrative community experiences, and related educational activities. Keep accurate records and documentation of daily activities and progress for each participant as required by service standards. Implement participants' goals according to their individual plans. Assist participants with maintaining employment by providing vocational skills training with a focus on job expectations. Act as an advocate and communicate professionally with other agencies, families, staff, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to effectively work with adults with developmental disabilities. High school diploma and two years of experience in related area. Background check, MVR check, Driver's License with acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle required.
DETAILS:
Full-Time. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm.
