Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities Provide direct support to individuals participating in the Psycho-Social Rehabilitation (PSR) Program Assist participants with developing daily living, socialization, coping, and community functioning skills Support a structured, person-centered environment that promotes recovery and independence Document services and participant progress accurately and in a timely manner Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding participant needs and program activities Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respectful interactions with participants and families Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits Medical insurance (full-time employees only) Dental insurance Vision insurance Telehealth access through Teladoc 401(k) with company match About Universal Mental Health Universal
