Job Description
FMC - China Groave ELC wishes to serve the community of China Grove in a way that pleases our families and our God through service to our families, their children, and our employees. We are currently seeking Teacher Assistants for FMC - China Grove Early Learning Center who have a passion for children and previous experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education to join our team of teachers and staff.

18Basic Requirements:
- Collaborate with the Director and other staff in curriculum planning and center activities
- Attend staff meetings and staff training
- Demonstrate flexibility in matching individual children's learning skills with various activities
- Evaluate teaching through children's level of understanding
- Provide a sanitary work environment and teach the children safe hygiene practices
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop and squat at least 95% of the day Wages are based on education and experience.
