Families & Communities Rising, Inc. is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our Head Start team! In this role, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to: Support engaging daily lessons and classroom activities Prepare learning centers, materials, and supplies Encourage each child's learning, development, and positive behavior Build supportive relationships with children and families Supervise and participate in classroom, playground, and gross-motor activities Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized learning environment Participate in training, staff meetings, home visits, and parent-teacher conferences
