male, Job Summary Alpha Management Services, Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Paraprofessionals / Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Community Living and Supports (CLS) services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). This role focuses on supporting individuals in the home and community to build independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support in the home and community setting Assist and support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (e.g., hygiene, dressing, grooming, meal prep, errands, light housekeeping) Encourage community integration (outings, social activities, volunteering) Implement goals outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP) Use prompting, modeling, and teaching strategies to promote independence Maintain a safe and supportive environment Complete accurate and timely documentation (daily service notes, EVV) Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and team members Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for position) Ability to pass background check and drug screening CPR/FA and NCI (on-site training available) Why Join Us?
