Important Details:

• All grades available EC Classroom Must be willing to help with toileting, diapering and other daily living needs
• Must have Associates or Bachelors degree OR 48 college credit hours
• Previous experience in school setting required
• Must be passionate about working with kids
• Must have reliable transportation The School Aide is an individual who works with students requiring instructional, and/or behavioral assistance under the supervision of the special education department, teacher and/or supervising designee.

The School Aide may also provide support services to assist students with personal, physical mobility and therapeutic care needs, as established by a rehabilitation health practitioner, social worker or other health care professional.

• Minimum Requirements:

• + Associate's Degree or equivalent required + Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice + Current CPR if applicable + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
