Job Description
Instructional Support Assist the teacher with delivering daily instruction and reinforcing learning objectives. Work with individual students and small groups to provide academic support and intervention. Prepare and organize instructional materials, resources, and classroom activities. Monitor student engagement and provide assistance during independent and collaborative work. Support the implementation of instructional accommodations and modifications as directed by the teacher. Classroom Management Help maintain a safe, positive, and orderly learning environment. Reinforce classroom expectations, school rules, and appropriate student behavior. Supervise students during classroom activities and transitions. Encourage positive student interactions and respectful behavior. Assist the teacher in promoting a classroom culture that supports learning, responsibility, and student success.
