Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster a love of learning while ensuring the safety and well-being of every child. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact during the crucial early years of childhood development, working closely with children aged 1 to 3 years old. Duties Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum development tailored to toddler needs, including literacy education, physical activities, and social-emotional learning Support classroom management by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment conducive to learning and exploration Engage children in hands-on activities that promote early childhood development, including play-based learning and basic math concepts Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and milestones to foster strong partnerships Support behavior management strategies that encourage positive social interactions and emotional regulation among toddlers Follow mandated reporting laws and procedures to ensure child safety and welfare at all times Assist with classroom routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor play activities Qualifications Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or childcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques for toddlers Certification in first aid and CPR is required to ensure immediate response to emergencies Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management approaches for diverse learners Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for early childhood education Join us in shaping the future by providing a joyful, supportive environment where toddlers can thrive! Pay:
