Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that foster literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social development in preschool and toddler care settings Plan engaging lesson plans that incorporate Montessori methods, classroom management strategies, and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment by managing behavior effectively and promoting positive interactions among children Support children's emotional welfare through attentive care, communication skills, and understanding of childhood development stages Collaborate with parents, guardians, and colleagues to monitor progress and tailor educational activities to individual needs Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to track developmental milestones and inform instructional strategies Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, behavioral incidents, and progress reports Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschoolers and toddlers with special needs or in early intervention programs Proficiency in classroom management techniques that foster a positive learning environment Ability to plan lessons that integrate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning Excellent communication skills for working with children, parents, staff, and community partners Familiarity with daycare regulations, child welfare standards, and private school requirements Experience with Montessori methods or other specialized educational approaches such as preschool experience or classroom experience in similar settings Knowledge of behavior management strategies to support children's emotional regulation and social skills Join us in creating a joyful space where children thrive!
