Role:

The Learning Tree is seeking a passionate Full-Time Assistant to join our early childhood dynamic team in Wilmington, NC. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our educational initiatives and ensuring a positive experience for our learners and staff.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations working with children from infancy to 5 years old to ensure smooth workflow. Support educators in preparing materials and organizing classroom activities. Communicate effectively with young children, parents, and staff . Ensure a clean and organized learning environment for all participants. Participate in team meetings and contribute to school events as well as trainings.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in education or child development is a plus. Previous experience in an early childhood role preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Passion for education and a positive attitude towards learning. Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
