Little Blessings Academy is looking for an energetic and dedicated Assistant Teacher to join our team as a Chaos Coordinator & Tiny Human Hero! In this role, you'll help turn everyday classroom moments into meaningful learning experiences—supporting routines, encouraging curiosity, and helping little learners feel safe, confident, and excited to explore. We're a small, close-knit center with just two classrooms, which means you'll build real relationships with every child and be part of a supportive, family-like team where your role truly matters. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to make a lasting impact while gaining hands-on experience in early childhood education. What You'll Do Support the Lead Teacher in implementing fun, engaging lesson plans (literacy, math, and hands-on learning) Help maintain a structured, positive classroom using effective behavior management strategies Engage children in play-based learning that supports social-emotional growth and development Assist with daily routines including meals, activities, and transitions Set up learning centers, prep materials, and help keep the classroom clean and organized Provide inclusive support for children of all abilities, including those with autism or diverse learning needs Build trusting relationships with children and families through daily communication Assist with individualized learning plans for children who may need extra support What You Bring Experience in early childhood education or a daycare setting (preferred) Understanding of behavior management, child development, or special education (a plus!)
