Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking part time and full time Childcare Assistant Teachers and Floats to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with children in a childcare setting, have patience, and are reliable.
Responsibilities:
  • Help implement lesson plans that meet the educational and developmental needs of children
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Help with conducting activities that promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
  • Help with teacher breaks, meal times, nap times, and outdoor time
  • depending on shift
  • Help to maintain clean and organized classrooms conducive to learning
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create positive learning experiences
Skills:
  • Having a love for children!
  • Comfortable working with preschool-aged and younger children
  • Ability to recognize when help or assistance with something is needed and to jump right in
  • Strong caregiving skills and patience when working with young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with students, parents, and co-workers. Benefits available
