URGENT NEED
for a 6-12 Grade Paraprofessional at Centura Public Schools | Cairo, Nebraska Do you enjoy working with students and making a positive impact? Join the Centura team as a 6-12 Grade Paraprofessional and help create an engaging, supportive learning environment where students can succeed! What You'll Do ✔ Support teachers by assisting individual students and small groups with learning activities. ✔ Help prepare classroom materials and keep learning spaces organized. ✔ Assist students with special needs following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). ✔ Encourage positive student behavior throughout the school day. ✔ Build positive relationships with students while supporting their academic and personal growth. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (paraprofessional certification or some college preferred) A passion for working with middle and high school students Strong communication and teamwork skills Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow directions
