Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teachers or Assistants to join our high-quality educational community. Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities and positive behavior management techniques. Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence. Collaborate with colleagues to design classroom activities that promote literacy education, math skills, physical education, and overall childhood development. Assist in conducting assessments to monitor progress and tailor instruction effectively. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any behavioral or developmental concerns. Maintain classroom organization and manage daily routines such as meal times, nap schedules, and transitions smoothly. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is highly preferred but not required.
