Lead Preschool Teacher Monday-Friday 8a-4p

PREFER:

CDA, Early Childhood or Elementary Ed Degree Experience with 3-4 year olds required Background in Licensed Childcare a plus Starting Wage depending on experience and education Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment Provide for children's basic needs Meet children's emotional, social and developmental needs Follow Classroom routine/Classroom management Plan activities and follow Christian curriculum Incorporate Ne Early Learning Guidelines in classroom Summary As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Preschool Director, your role encompasses classroom management, lesson planning, and implementing early childhood education strategies. With a strong foundation in childcare and preschool experience, you will guide students through their developmental milestones. Your expertise in curriculum development and behavior management will enhance the learning experience, while effective communication skills will ensure collaboration with parents and staff.
