Job Overview Join our early childhood education team as an Assistant Preschool Teacher! You will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Responsibilities Assist lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Help with classroom setup, including preparing materials, organizing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure an inviting learning space. Collaborate with teachers to monitor individual student progress and provide tailored support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with early childhood education best practices. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Experience working with young children in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, including behavior management techniques and curriculum development. Ability to assist in classroom management and support teachers in maintaining a structured learning environment.
