£85.44•£101.58 per day (depending on Experience)

Full-Time, Long-Term Simply Education are seeking professional and committed Primary Teaching Assistants for full-time positions across a network of supportive primary schools in Lincoln from September 2026. These are term-time only positions offering excellent work-life balance and opportunities for long-term and permanent placement. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and helping pupils to achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting classroom teaching and learning activities Working with small groups or on a one-to-one basis Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment We welcome applications from individuals with transferable experience including Nursery Practitioners, Youth Workers, Care Professionals, Sports Coaches and graduates considering a career in education.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children is essential Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for education and child development
