Reading Intervention Paraprofessional at Wheeler Elementary for 2026-2027

Come join our Wheeler family! Wheeler Elementary is seeking a highly collaborative paraprofessional to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. This role will be primarily supporting students in 3rd-5th grade in the area of reading, working with students in small group settings both inside and outside the classroom. The candidate must be able to collaborate with teachers, build relationships with students, be flexible, and have strong commuicaiton skills. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing a positive learning environment for students Interacting and supporting students during instructional activities Collecting data on student progress, and sharing with the Reading Interventionist and classroom teachers

Days/Hours:

M, T, Th, F- 9:00-2:00 Wed- 8:15-2:30 (23 hours/week) Hours can be flexible to fit the needs of a great candidate!
