We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team and help shape the next generation through engaging lessons, positive classroom management, and a nurturing atmosphere. Responsibilities Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Guide assistant teachers and classroom staff to ensure high-quality care. Build strong relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Maintain classroom records and ensure licensing regulations are met. Collaborate with leadership on curriculum and child development goals. Qualifications Previous experience in early childhood education required. Child Development Associate (CDA) or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Passion for working with children and helping them grow socially, emotionally, and academically.
