About the
Role:
The Program Assistant for the Radiology School plays a pivotal role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of the radiology educational program. This position ensures smooth coordination between faculty, students, and external partners to facilitate an effective learning environment. By providing comprehensive support, the role contributes to the overall success and reputation of the radiology school. The Program Assistant acts as a key liaison, fostering collaboration and efficiency within the academic and clinical settings.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredKnowledge of medical terminology preferredBasic computer understanding, functionality and use requiredExperience in a customer service environment preferred
Responsibilities:
Performs general clerical functions of the departmentMaintains all regulatory compliance Coordinates student application processParticipate in the accreditation and assessment processesInteract with students, other employees, applicants, and visitors with superior customer service skillsA conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.
