This full-time role is ideal for experienced Paraprofessionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with a range of academic, behavioral, communication, and self-help/ADL needs. Key Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as a Paraprofessional in school settings Background supporting PK-8th grade students preferred Understanding of academic interventions, behavioral support, and communication strategies Knowledge assisting with self-help and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliability, adaptability, and a commitment to student development

Role Responsibilities:

Support students individually or in small groups with academic activities and assignments Implement behavioral strategies and foster positive student interactions Assist with communication needs, using tools and techniques appropriate for each student Provide guidance with self-help skills and daily routines as needed Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to promote a consistent, supportive environment Help with classroom organization and maintain a safe learning space
