We're looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to become full-time Special Education Paraeducators—team players who believe every student deserves to reach their full potential.

Position Highlights:

Full-Time:

6.5 hours per day, 32.5 hours per week.

Purpose-Driven Work:

Support students with diverse learning needs in a dynamic educational setting.

Summers off.

Outstanding Benefits:

Competitive 10-Step Wage Scale

Starting at $21.92/hr for entry-level.

Up to $29.87/hr for 10+ years of experience.

Additional Pay for

Education:

+$.50/hr for Associate Degree.

+$1/hr for Bachelor Degree.

+$2/hr for working with students who have personal care needs.

Medical & Dental Plans:

Two levels of medical; one is 100% paid, the other just $66/month.

Two levels of dental coverage are available.

Paid Time Off:

10 sick days and 9+ holidays.
