This position offers a dynamic mix of 1:1 and classroom-based roles across both middle and high school settings. Gain valuable experience in school environments, building meaningful connections while making a difference in students' daily lives.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma required (no additional certifications or higher education needed) Previous school or classroom experience preferred Ability to provide three completed references, including your most recent manager, before interviews Strong interpersonal and communication skills A collaborative and flexible approach to working with diverse student needs
Role Responsibilities:
Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs in classroom and 1:1 settings Assist teachers with classroom management, instructional activities, and daily routines Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Adapt to various classroom dynamics and student requirements Maintain consistent communication with staff and contribute to team goals
Position Details:
Contract duration: September 1, 2026 - June 16, 2027 Full-time hours (32.5 per week) following school schedules:
Middle School:
7:10am - 2:10pm (with 30-minute unpaid lunch)
High School:
