Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting, especially at the elementary level Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents Strong communication and organizational skills Patience, adaptability, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with teachers and special education staff

Key Responsibilities:
