Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in an educational support role Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and students from diverse backgrounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, adaptable, and committed to student success High school diploma or equivalent required; further relevant education preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting classroom teachers with instructional activities and lesson implementation Providing one-on-one or small group support to students based on individual needs Implementing accommodations and modifications under teacher guidance Supervising students in various settings, including classrooms, lunchrooms, and during transitions Supporting a positive and safe learning environment for all students Maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all student interactions
