Whether you thrive in a 1:1 support role or as an integral part of a classroom team, this position offers both experiences.
Key Qualifications:
High school diploma required (no additional certifications necessary) School-based or educational experience is preferred Ability to provide three completed professional references, including your most recent manager, prior to interviews Commitment to reliable attendance and a supportive, adaptable attitudeResponsibilities:
Assist teachers in classroom management, instructional support, and student supervision Work directly with students either in a 1:1 setting or as part of a classroom group, depending on assignment Foster a positive learning environment, encourage student engagement, and support individualized education goals Help implement lesson plans, classroom activities, and behavior management strategies as directed by teaching staff Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students, staff, and families This contract opportunity consists of 32.5 hours each week, with either middle school hours (7:10am-2:10pm) or high school hours (7:30am-2:30pm), both featuring a 30-minute unpaid lunch. Positions are available to start as soon as possible and extend through June 16, 2027.
