ABOUT KENDAL AT HANOVER
Kendal at Hanover is a non-profit Lifeplan Community located in Hanover, New Hampshire, and is home to more than 400 residents, and 300 staff. Our on-site Early Learning Center is licensed for 28 children, ages 6 weeks to 6 years. We have an exceptional inter-generational program. Kendal at Hanover is seeking a part-time Assistant Float Teacher Teacher (up to 24 hours per week, from either 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM). Teachers at Kendal assist in the daily operation and coordination of the Child Care Center, providing children with a learning environment and experiences to help their development socially, intellectually, physically, and emotionally.
Primary roles and responsibilities include:
Assisting in the daily operation and coordination of Kendal at Hanover Child Care Center. Providing children with a learning environment and experiences to help develop socially, intellectually, physically and emotionally. Interacting with children in a warm, friendly, and affectionate manner. Providing Primary Care for assigned children, including observations, records, portfolios, and individual education plans Completing daily tasks including health, safety, cleanliness, and documentation as assigned.
