As a Preschool Aide, you'll work onsite for 20 hours each week, providing essential guidance and hands-on support to students and educators.
Key Qualifications:
Valid NH Aide License required Experience assisting in general education or preschool classrooms is highly desirable Familiarity with classroom routines and early childhood best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow teacher and administrative directions District or state-specific certifications as required
Primary Responsibilities:
Offer attentive support to preschool students, both individually and in groups Assist with classroom management and help maintain a positive, inclusive environment Aid lead teacher in preparing instructional materials and organizing classroom activities Supervise students during routines, transitions, and activities Foster strong relationships with students, staff, and families Uphold school protocols and safety standards at all times
