II. SUMMARY
: To assist the E-ZPass Program Manager in the planning, developing, and monitoring of the New Hampshire Department of Transportation's (DOT) E-ZPass program by providing customer service, technical analysis, and assistance creating reports to ensure vendors are in compliance with our contracts, legislation, Department of Safety-Division of Motor Vehicles and DOT procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
Equivalent combination of 3 years of education and experience after completion of high school. Experience and education must be in the fields of business, communications, hospitality management, paralegal, public administration, information technology or another computer related field.

RESPONSIBILITIES
: Provides assistance to the E-ZPass Program Manager in reviewing customer accounts to ensure that they contain the appropriate system generated notifications. Assists the E-ZPass Customer Service Centers and Walk-In-Centers to ensure all performance measures are met and customers are assisted properly with their accounts and violation issues. Conducts data research and performs data entry for E-ZPass reports to ensure the program is operating efficiently and meeting the E-ZPass Interagency Group (IAG) program requirements to supply information to Bureau Administrators. Utilizes E-ZPass Back Office System to monitor and update E-ZPass files and Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) administrative holds to ensure that the Turnpike Bureau and their vendors are meeting the requirements of the IAG and the Department of Safety's key performance measures. Assists the E-ZPass Program Manager with verifying that violation enforcement programs, including reciprocity with Massachusetts and Maine, are following requested actions and timelines. Researches and produces a customer communications history, to include any communications and account actions, to provide electronically to the DOT Hearing Office on violation issues, such as violations and payment tracking, for review prior to hearings. Supports the Turnpike Business Office, through the E-ZPass Program Manager, on E-ZPass business practices, by reviewing for accuracy and updating customer account expenditures, credits, bounced checks, or contract expenditures. Works with Bureau Administration to provide coverage during long and/or short-term absences of the E-ZPass Program Manager to ensure continuity of customer service tasks including reporting and research. Provides Bureau of Turnpikes website support through monitoring pages and data and updating the turnpikes website with approved data and documentation. Performs work in full conformance with all risk management, safety, and environmental standards, regulations, and administrative orders.
