Experience working in school settings or with behavioral supports Ability to work a consistent 35-hour schedule each week Flexible to assist with elementary or middle school needs (Preferences discussed during interviews) Team-oriented, proactive, and patient demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Dedication to fostering an inclusive, positive learning space

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers with instructional and behavioral support in classroom settings Supervise and encourage student participation in academic and daily activities Implement individual behavioral support plans as directed Foster a safe, nurturing environment for students with diverse needs Accurately document and communicate observations as needed Support smooth transitions and maintain classroom routines This role features a flat pay rate of $25 per hour along with highly competitive compensation.
