Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma required (Paraeducator certification, Associate Degree, or completion of Praxis preferred) Demonstrated success in 1:1 settings, especially with students requiring additional structure and support Strong behavior management skills Confident, firm, and calm demeanor to maintain expectations and foster independence Clear and professional communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
