Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a Paraprofessional or similar support role in a school setting Familiarity with PK-8th grade student needs, including academics, behavioral supports, and communication strategies Understanding of self-help and activities of daily living (ADLs) support for children Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, faculty, and families Patience, empathy, and a professional commitment to student well-being Ability to follow guidance from teachers and specialists and adapt flexibly to evolving situations

Primary Responsibilities:
