m. Wellheart Chartered School is seeking a warm, dependable Kindergarten Aide to support our Reggio Emilia-inspired, outdoor-centered K-8 public charter school. The Kindergarten Aide will work closely with the classroom teacher to support students' learning, independence, safety, routines, play, inquiry, and social development. This role requires someone who enjoys young children, communicates kindly and professionally, and is comfortable being outside regularly in varied weather and seasons. Responsibilities include supporting classroom routines, helping students transition throughout the day, assisting with outdoor learning, supervising play and exploration, supporting small groups or individual students, preparing materials, and helping maintain a calm, joyful, respectful learning environment. The ideal candidate is patient, flexible, collaborative, reliable, and excited to be part of a growing school community. Experience working with young children is preferred.
