At All Aboard Preschool & Childcare Center, we are a nature-based early childhood program located in Nottingham, NH. Our program is built on meaningful relationships, hands-on learning, and a strong connection to the natural world. We believe children learn best through play, exploration, and supportive interactions with caring educators. We're looking for caring, dependable educators to join our team and help create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn every day.

We are seeking dependable, collaborative, and nurturing educators who are passionate about working with young children. The ideal candidate values teamwork, builds strong relationships with children and families, and is committed to providing high-quality care and education through play-based, developmentally appropriate experiences. Whether you're an experienced early childhood professional or looking to continue growing in the field, we welcome educators who are eager to learn, contribute, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children. As a member of our teaching team, you will: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for young children. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and hands-on learning. Support children's social, emotional, physical, language, and cognitive development. Foster curiosity and a love of learning through play and nature-based experiences. Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators. Work collaboratively as part of a teaching team to maintain a consistent, supportive classroom environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom while following all New Hampshire Licensing Requirements and center policies. Observe and document children's growth and development.
