Desired Qualifications:

Support classroom teachers in delivering instructional activities and reinforcing lessons Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts or foster independence Adapt instructional materials and activities under the guidance of certified staff Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodate students with special needs Monitor student engagement, encourage participation, and promote positive behavior management Support students with mobility, self-care, or other needs as required during the school day Participate in professional development sessions and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive school climate
