9676672-03884 Job Description Make a difference each day in a small, supportive PK-8th grade school setting by providing essential assistance to students with diverse academic, behavioral, communication, and self-help (ADLs) needs. As a contracted paraprofessional, you'll work alongside dedicated educators to ensure every student receives the individualized attention and encouragement they deserve. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to positively impact young learners success and growth.

Key Experience & Qualities:

Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or similar role in school settings Understanding of academic support strategies for a range of grade levels Knowledge of behavioral and communication support methods Compassionate approach when assisting with daily living skills (self-help/ADLs) Collaborative mindset with teachers, specialists, and families Flexibility to adapt to varied student needs throughout the school day Strong communication skills, patience, and professionalism

Role Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers with daily instructional activities and modifications Foster a safe and positive learning environment for all students Provide one-on-one or small group support for academic tasks Assist students with self-help tasks, behavioral goals, and communication needs Track and document student progress and engagement Perform additional duties as needed to contribute to overall classroom functioning
