Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Teacher to join our village! In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster early childhood development, support classroom activities, and promote positive behavior. The ideal candidate will bring energy, creativity, and a strong understanding of educational best practices to inspire young learners every day. Responsibilities Support classroom activities by implementing lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and curriculum guidelines Assist in managing classroom behavior through effective behavior management strategies and positive reinforcement techniques Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Collaborate with lead teachers to develop individualized learning plans for students with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or autism Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, behavioral updates, and upcoming events to foster strong home-school connections Experience Prior experience working with children in early childhood or preschool settings is highly preferred Familiarity with classroom management tools and educational technologies used in modern classrooms Certification in first aid and CPR is required or highly desirable Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff in diverse settings Join us as an Associate Teacher if you're eager to inspire young minds, foster inclusive learning environments, and grow professionally within a supportive community dedicated to educational excellence!
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
