Job Description
1:1 Teaching Assistant Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a positive impact? We're working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school looking for a teaching assistant to join their friendly team. They are looking for someone to support a pupil who needs a bit of extra guidance and support to thrive in the classroom. Providing dedicated 1:1 support tailored to the indivudal needs Supporting a pupil to stay engaged and focused throughout the school day Working cloesly with the class teacher and SENCO Confidence in managing behaviour What we're looking for Some experience with SEN/ behaviour management, or an interest in developing your skills A team player, willing to build relationships with pupils and staff A calm, patient and supporting approach to learning An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to get one What you can expect from protocol education Weekly PAYE pay Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinely cares Access to free CPD, including training that helps you grow in SEN support All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
