Teaching Assistant

Job description Teaching assistants will work directly with children within a school setting for an after school program. Teaching assistants will instruct curriculum and engage in fun lessons and activities with the students they serve while upholding SRTM's values of PYD (positive youth development) and SEL (social emotional learning). Qualifications High school diploma required; Some college experience preferred. 18 yrs or older Experience working with children in an educational setting preferred. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work Monday-Friday from 2:30pm-5:30pm. Must be fluent in English or Spanish.
