Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Multiple Positions Available We are seeking enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable college students to join our team as Youth Programs Assistants. Youth Programs Assistants will support a variety of recreational and enrichment programs for children and youth in a positive, safe, and engaging environment. Responsibilities Assist with the planning and implementation of youth programs and activities Support instructors and program leaders during classes, camps, and activities Assist with sports programs, art classes, school break camps, after-school programs, and other youth activities Engage with children and encourage participation in activities Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming program environment Assist with program setup, cleanup, and preparation of materials and equipment Provide positive and professional interaction with participants, parents, and staff Perform other duties as assigned Programs May Include Sports and recreational classes School break camps Art and enrichment classes After-school programs Special events and activities Other youth and community programs Schedule Flexible scheduling is available, with opportunities for: Daytime hours After-school hours Weekday and evening hours Weekends School breaks and holidays We offer multiple positions and are willing to work with candidates' college class schedules and availability. Qualifications Current college student preferred Previous experience working with children is a plus, but not required Responsible, dependable, and punctual Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with children and as part of a team Comfortable leading or assisting with activities and maintaining a positive environment This is a great opportunity for college students interested in gaining experience in recreation, education, childcare, sports, arts, camps, or youth development while working a flexible schedule.
