Competitive hourly rate based on experience What You'll Do Support teachers in infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K classrooms as needed. Assist with classroom routines, playtime, art projects, snack time, and end-of-day cleanup. Step in as a classroom aide or teacher assistant to help maintain ratios and ensure smooth transitions. Engage with children in a loving, patient, and encouraging way. Follow daily routines while maintaining a safe, clean, and nurturing environment . Work collaboratively with the teaching team and center leadership. What We're Looking For A positive and caring personality who loves children of all ages. Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or early childhood education preferred (but not required). Ability to adapt to different classrooms and support various age groups. Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability. Must be at least 18 years old and meet NJ state childcare requirements.
