Job Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic teachers and various part-time assistants. Diaper changing and potty training is a must and previous childcare experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong foundation in early childhood education. This position(s) involve classroom activities, training and providing individualized support to students. Responsibilities Diaper changing and potty training is a must. Interacting on students level throughout the classroom. Provide behavior management strategies to promote positive interaction among all students. Assist with physical education activities, ensuring that all students participate safely and effectively. Maintain communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities daily. Light housekeeping. Experience Previous experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private schools is preferred. Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and NJ Grow recommended . Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with teachers, parents, and students. Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques is beneficial.
