Summary:
As a Preschool Teacher's Assistant/Paraprofessional, you will support the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Utilizing your core skills in classroom management, communication, and childcare, you will assist in implementing lesson plans, supervising activities, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Your premium skills in early childhood education and childhood development will enhance your ability to contribute to the students' growth and development. With relevant skills in curriculum development and behavior management, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social needs of preschool-aged children. Qualifications:
High School Diploma (Required) Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related field preferred A child development associate (CDA) credential (Required) Passionate about working with children Ability to build rapport with children and parents Positive and patient demeanor
